I use Logmein. I guess its expensive but its reliable and has great features. I never get disconnected and the app rarely crashes. I was able to get 50 seats for $1500ish annually. You can also install it on servers.The only thing I dont like is its a proactive program only. Hard to walk new clients through install. I use logmein rescue for those. Otherwise its perfect for clients you have on retainer. #19 I used ChunkVNC for a while, when I was running a business out of my house. It was great, brand-able, easy to set up for multiple techs, had reboot and reconnect in safe mode, and it was free. Was written in AutoIT language, if I remember right, and was easy to modify. The only thing was, I had to have a repeater set up, I used a perl script on my Linux server, which would tell me connection codes of anyone connected to my repeater.
