Exit from ADE every single time, and then wait while it starts up again, every single time I want to download a Libby EPUB book. My working theory is that the new machine is too fast -- that if ADE is already open when I try to fulfill the next book, it happens so quickly that some necessary step with the license for the EPUB file has not taken place yet. That's why closing the app each time helps -- because it delays things just enough for the crucial license step to take place. Has anyone else seen this type of behavior? (You'll probably only see it on a relatively fast PC.) Is Adobe aware of this issue? If so, are they working on a fix? Not sure if the issue is really with ADE or with Adobe Cloud servers being too slow, assuming that that's where Libby/Overdrive stores their EPUB content.

You can also change the appearance of the text by tapping the “A” icon when reading an ebook; this will provide you with several options, including the ability to change the font spacing, size, and style such as a dyslexic font.To change the playback speed in an audiobook, tap the odometer icon at the top of your screen. Then, choose a preset or drag on the “Fine-tune” slider to set a custom speed (0.6–3x).Have a title delivered laterDid you know that if a book you’ve been waiting for becomes available at an inconvenient time, you can request to have the title delivered later and still maintain your place in line? Now, when a hold becomes available you can:Borrow the title within the 3-day pickup periodCancel the holdChoose the “Deliver Later” optionIf you take no action, the hold will automatically be suspended for 7 days and the book will be passed on to the next person on the wait list. After the 7-day suspension period, you will have another chance to borrow the book when the next copy becomes available. Believing them.Just when things seem hopeless in the store as the sprite has taken the form of a kraken and has eaten almost all of the books' words, Libby takes her personal diary and has the sprite consume it, causing it to transform into Libby. Libby feeds into sprite Libby's personal fears and convinces it to not only clean up the store, but to also return the words it was consuming to begin with. The plan works and the sprite returns to normal before politely leaving the store. Molly returns and admits that she thinks it is impossible to change Ollie's mind about ghosts, but she still loves him.
